Jürgen grew up in West Berlin, where he also studied before beginning his career as an engineer with Siemens. Theology later became his second qualification and a lasting passion. Since 1988 he has served as a pastor in a variety of roles, both in local congregations and at a broader regional level.

Over the years he has completed several advanced training programs, most recently qualifying as a certified teaching supervisor (EASC). In this role he supports individuals, teams, and organizations during times of change. His work focuses on organizational and personal development, leadership in transformation processes, as well as coaching, supervision, and conflict resolution.

In his work he combines spiritual awareness with clear and structured guidance. As a pastor, coach, and teaching supervisor, he helps both staff and volunteers take responsibility, make sound decisions, and shape the future together. He believes that good leadership is not about control but about enabling others to grow. As a theologian, he also offers prayer and the inclusion of pastoral perspectives in the counseling process if clients wish.

His background as an engineer in energy technology shapes his systemic way of thinking and his sensitivity to organizational structures. At the same time, he brings many years of experience in leadership, association work, and organizational development.

He works in a respectful, clear, and confidential manner. For him, change is not simply a technical challenge but a human — and often spiritual — process. His goal is to create spaces where people feel heard, share responsibility, and discover new paths forward together.

He lives with his wife in Springe, is actively involved in a free church community, enjoys hiking in his free time, and values moments of quiet, meaningful conversation, and reflection.
